Excellent service. I have used Zoltan to upgrade my i Mac hard drive / RAM and mend /‘upgrade a mac book. Really good service and a fraction of the price that Apple would charge. Very impressed

My precious laptop suffered a catastrophic liquid disaster a few weeks ago and the entire keyboard eventually stopped working, I couldn't even log on. I found Zoltan on Next Door and contacted him to see if he could help me sort it out and let me tell you he was absolutely brilliant. I sent him pictures, he did his research, ordered the necessary parts, kept me super updated throughout the process and now my laptop is good as new. The whole thing was so quick and stress free. He's definitely my go-to from now on.

Zoltan was great! He was really friendly, he arrived when he said he would and was able to complete the repair quickly and with no problems.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get repairs done conveniently on their Apple devices!

I was suffering with a really slow Mac. Tech Geniuz came in and, within half an hour or so, and without any quibble, replaced my HDD with an SDD. It's like a new machine. Totally recommended.

Fantastic service from Zoltan. Was able to fetch my Macbook Air back to life with a very short turn around time and a more than reasonable cost when compared to the quote blindly given to me by Apple store.

I was kept up to date with progress on the fix, as well as being consulted before any further works were completed. There was complete transparency with cost and estimated fix time. Zoltan delivered my laptop back to me in person, in a socially distanced way which was also very helpful.

I 100% recommend Tech GeniuZ to anybody who wants a high level of professionalism and knowledge to be at the forefront of their experience.

I found Tech GeniuZ via an internet search and am very happy with this service. Zoltan fixed my 2012 MacBook Pro which had ground to a complete halt and replaced the hard drive with an SSD which has done the trick. I finally have my laptop back and it's better than ever!
I can't fault anything with the service I received:
- communication and response times were timely and professional throughout.
- speed of offering a home appointment and doing the fix was quick and efficient.
- manner was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and very professional.

Zoltan is skilled, helpful, trustworthy and fairly priced so all in all, top marks and highly recommended! I'd have no hesitation in using his services again if needed and quite honestly, think it's much better than going to one of the larger official stores. Thank you very much. :)

Trusted Zoltan with 2 Laptops to take away with him after first home visit as parts needed. Knew I could absolutely trust him and was not disappointed. From the initial contact where he freely offered support to resolve an issue over the phone, his care, customer service, depth of technical knowledge, speed of work and workarounds were next level. He resurrected a 2011 MacBook Pro from an assumed grave, revitalised a 2015 MacBook Pro to its original brilliance and replaced the screen on a 2017 MacBook Pro restoring its camera ready for daily Zoom use once more. This guy is not just a tech genius, he’s brilliant with people, the whole package. And did I mention on point fees! Would trust him with anything. Thank you Zoltan. Absolutely awesome work!

Before I even decided to use Zoltan's service, I called him on a Sunday and he spent one hour of his time discussing repair options with me. Many of these options would mean he wouldn't even get my business, but it was clear he had only my best interesting in mind.

Once I realized he is the best option, the repair was quick and professional. He came home, and did the repair in a manner that really shows he knows what he's doing.

In short, a honest and skilled person who I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a Mac repaired. He really cares about his customers above all.

Great service. Zoltan advised me on quite a tricky request (an SSD upgrade involving a huge Bootcamp partition). He did some research on what I was asking for and tested his solution beforehand to make sure it would work. When he was here, he observed social distancing, worked quickly, explaining his work to me and advised me afterwards by text. The upgrade was a great success. Would definitely recommend.
