This is definitely SPAM
This is definitely SPAM - their unsubscribe links don't work and they use some weird email delivery so you can't even block the sender or block the domain... because it uses constantly changing domain names like "mail261.bms2.bmsend.com> On Behalf Of News"
Plus the content is just a mash up of random tech buzzwords with no legitimate info, probably generated with AI.
And you get half a dozen of them per day in rapid succession.

why am i receiving this email?
as part of the eu's general data protection regulation, all citizens of the eu must provide consent to marketing emails. according to our records, you are 1) either a citizen of the eu, and therefore, are required to provide consent or 2) we don't know if you are a citizen of the eu, so we must treat you as though you are.

Incredible to spam people and then send a GDPR "compliant" email offering an opt-out... They must ask for an opt-in before sending any emails!
