Too much online, not enough real communication
Filled out our audit info and just get a bill with little to no explanation. I liked it when we had an agent that discussed this with us.

Easy to use with great support for answers

New application process burdensome
I have been with Techinsurance for many years. I have found them recently increasing putting the burden on me for items I believe that they should be handling. And premiums have not been going down either.
I believe the products that they offer are good, but I have had no claims in the many years I’ve been with them, so I really don’t know how the policy would perform if I had a claim.
