I really don't understand my renewall process
I really don't understand what is going on with my insurance renewal. I have received emails from techinsurance, insureon, the hartford and more. And calls from a different agent all together I think. I have no idea if another agent has taken over my account. It's all pretty confusing. I'm not sure if I signed up for 2 different policies or it's the same policy.

The whole process is straight forward, a reminder was sent a month ahead of time with application form. The agents were able to complete the policy renewal within two business days when the application was submitted.

Update 2/12/24: My account manager did reach out to me and is attempting to get the issue resolved. This appears to be a technical issue with my account data, as others (even a close friend) was able to successfully update their company info for a quote.
