For quite a while I have been looking for a 1:1 technical interview coach who can help me polish my interview skills for Technical Program Manager (TPM) positions. In retrospect, luckily after many attempts I found Andrea on tech interview coaching. Honestly, with an uncertain mind, I walked into Andrea’s first coaching session. The feedback from Andrea on my first mock interview session was eye opening. He pointed out key areas I am lacking, and at the same time reaffirmed my strength, infusing strong confidence in myself. Through practicing many questions and timely feedback, Andrea made me aware of gaps in my past interviews that I was not aware of and taught me strategies and tips on how to tackle tricky questions. Overall, the coaching sessions with Andrea were eye opening and inspiring. I would definitely recommend it.

Stefan gave me lots of helpful advice for my upcoming technical interview, for both the coding questions and the personal questions, plus some strategies for my job search as a whole. Getting a new job can be an agonizing process. That's why I chose to have an interview coach. Here, I initially talked with Andrea. He was informative and straightforward, no sales pitch or any of that sort. He was also very responsive to all my requests along the way.
I was assigned to work with Arpitha. She is a great coach, very detail and thorough. Her feedback and preparation for my interviews were on point. I actually had some interviews before working with a coach and ended up nowhere. After the first session, I was confident and understood the purposes of (almost) every question asked by the interviewers. I even witnessed the positive change in attitude of the interviewers during the interview by saying what I should say. Since working with the coach, I got interviewed by 2 companies (with multiple rounds) and got both offers.
