Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They response one time every month
Package was lost for 1 month
Package was lost for 1 month. i didn't receive a any response for 2 weeks, and I only received a response from on the 4th week, after threatening them with Legal action.
They then closed my account. Items never received. They stated they are going to refund me, but i have not received a refund, and or the Check they stated they will send.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
THEY ARE ALL CHERRY PICKED FROM GEEK SQUAD NOW.
THERE IS NO LONGER ANY PHONE SUPPORT. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
I REPEAT DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
Did not receive what I bid on.
Won an auction for some laptops that clearly stated "working" condition. It also stated the units had 256GB ssd storage, power adapters and embedded COA's for Windows 10 Pro. So I bid ACCORDINGLY.
What did I receive? All of them have 128GB ssd's, not 256 as listed. Three of the five units are missing their embedded COA's. One unit does not work and one power adapter isn't even in the realm of being correct for the model.
When I emailed them, what did they say? Nothing. Nada. No repsonse. Clearly, they listed these items incorrectly, to their benefit. I spent more on them due to their listed specs. And received something less. Scam much? It doesn't take a genius to quickly determine the specs of a "working" pc. Their lack of response speaks volumes. Will not buy from again. At least when I get scammed on eBay, which is rarely, I have an avenue to solve the problem. With TL, you do not.
UPDATE - after 10 or so days, I finally rcvd a response. And eventually a solution, which amounted to a partial refund. Which did happen and has posted. What left me scratching my head was the invoice vs the manifest. Manifest clearly showed the details of what was bid on. The invoice however, showed the details for what I rcvd. Soooo, they invoiced me with the correct information, but why not post the auction in the first place with that same info? Bait and switch? I still stand by decision to not buy from again though. I don't like knowing that what I rcv may differ from what I bid on. And then having to go through emails to clear it up. List it accurately the first time and then there's no problems.
This company has a bad reputation of…
This company has a bad reputation of selling damage or non working systems which needs to go straight to the recycle plants, im sure they do not want to pay the recycling fees so they instead misrepresent the items been sold. How is anyone in their right mind sell 30, 50-60" TVs to a customer with all broken screens and list it as functional. What do you want us to do with it? Then they tell you people buy them for the gold in it, humm. Please be careful buying anything from this company as they are scams and misrepresentation of what they sell aka its useless as it will go straight to the recycle.

I spent 10k on buying phones thinking that I will make some money but after receiving the items I don't think I can even recover my own money as the products are really in bad shape. Who will buy phone ia 500 dollars with lots of scratches or dents or scuffs.
They allow only qualified sellers to bid. Knowing this they should send only those products which can sell.
Never had any packaging just misleading the buyers.
Some items are defective and don't even work at all. I think their Ontario branch is better than BC. Overall very poor service.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Items showed up damaged and was given an extremely hard time. Will never shop here again. Waste of time.
Grossly Misrepresenting Items & Refuses to Offer Resolution
I purchased an auction for ~$17.5k of digital cameras in Grade C - Working condition that were stated to be in functioning condition, however when I received them several of them did not work. In addition, every single camera was stripped of all removable parts including essential components for the cameras to function (the internal batteries).
I contacted a service rep from TechLiquidators about the material misrepresentation of the lot and they told me despite the auction stating working and functional condition that it was part of their policy that no returns were allowed even if the products didn't work.
They also stated that despite the auction stating "Some may or may not include original packaging and accessories."; that none of their auctions regardless of grade would ever include any accessories. This is another example of how they are misleading customers under the Best Buy brand.
Very poor customer service. They made no attempt to work towards a resolution. Displayed zero empathy for their contradicting descriptions. Unconscionable terms and conditions. I have contacted Best Buy Corporate Offices.
