A COMPANY THAT DEFRAUDS ITS CUSTOMERS
They sold me an air cooler, which leaks the moment you turn it on. It turned out to be a non-branded product very cheaply made. The instruction booklet is unprofessional, with no diagrams to guide you to set it up, no troubleshooting instructions. The customer service is awful. Instead of addressing the problem, they demand that customers provide them with videos. Buy anything from this company at your peril.
I would give these people zero if I could. This is the same company as the disgraced Hyperstech (look up Hyperstech on here and you will soon see what I mean; thousands of bad experiences).
The parent company is the same Novads. They sell cheap Chinese fake and faulty products at inflated prices. They ignore messages and refuse to refund money. They keep on telling lies that they have refunded your money when they have done no such thing. They have flooded the internet with fake review sites and fake videos for all manner of electrical goods. They keep on changing the name on their sites in an attempt to fool yet more people into falling for their scams. They have also started to turn off comments on their fake YouTube videos so that people can not see the negative comments.
Total scam. Avoid at all costs.
