As a repair company we have sent numerous clients to Technetics with help for them retrieving their lost data which of whom have had positive outcomes.

could give this company zero stars I would. I took my laptop to them as I had spilt water on it and needed the data retrieved. They quoted me $1000 and said it was a huge job so would take them 5 to 10 days to complete it. That price seemed too much so I took my laptop elsewhere and guess what!? The guy said it was a simple job, he charged me $110 & retrieved the data in one hr. Don't use technetics they will over charge u and hold ur laptop hostage for longer than necessary just to justify the rediculous prices

I was very concerned about the loss of years of photography work on my damaged hard drive. Other companies told me there was no hope. I tried Technetics Data Recovery and they were more than willing to try. They did caution me that it was possible not all data might be recovered. However I was very impressed by their efforts and ability to restore absolutely everything on the drive! They kept in touch with me with updates and did all they promised and more. Very happy with the result, it was achieved in a timely manner.

When we found that we could no longer access our wedding video on our USB, we sent it away in hopes that we could retrieve it. I was on an important client job filming in South Australia (from Melbourne) getting amazing footage on my drone. When i got back my Sandisk micro SD card was not visible on any computer i tried. I rang around a few places and Technetics sounded very confident they could solve my problem. Side note, another recovery place i spoke to said from the symptoms i explained, theres no way it can be recovered. Technetics recovered absolutely everything and did it ahead of time as this project was time sensitive. All in all, I am very happy with the service provided, they were professional, friendly and most importantly the right people to solve my issue.

A disaster waiting to happen! A 10y old EDD, just about to replace when it failed! AND my back up system hadn't been reinstalled when I got a new PC. So, all my work files, Photos, PowerPoint presentations and articles gone. I tried various "easy" or "cheap" options, but by the time I found Technetics, a couple of helpful conversations with Steve and sent my disc in, when I got the quote, I realised the value of the service provided was absolutely worth the cost! Fast, helpful, efficient.

I was really impressed with Technetics Data Recovery and thrilled with the service. Stephen did a great job of walking me the the process from the start and gave me expectation on price range - which was super helpful and very reasonable (in comparison to previous conversation I had with alternate companies). I am interstate but found the recovery process was quick, easy and I was kept well informed. So pleased I completed the recovery.

Stephen explained the process and how long it can take to recover. This guy is too good to be true. what a gem! Communication was great over the course and the data was recovered. it took three weeks but great result at the end. Wish there was more than 5 stars to give.
