Missing items, price gauging for replacement parts.
My purchase was missing items.
At the time of delivery, it wasn't possible for me to open and unpack multiple boxes to check all pieces were present.
When I did, I discovered I was missing all the screws and bolts I needed and one of the integral rails for the item.
I contacted about getting the problem rectified only to be bluntly informed that as I wasn't in the 30 days return window they could only offer to sell me the missing pieces.
I then waited well over a week for a response they came back to me with ridiculously overinflated prices for pieces I needed. For example £25 for around 40 missing screws. This is a mass-produced product using generic parts, not replacement pieces for a vintage Ferrari. Utterly ridiculous to try and profit from their mistake.
