Initially my experience with Technique Solutions was a postive one. Lorna contacted me by phone regarding a vacancy I may be suitable for. Lorna followed by sending me job details and location by email. The rile seemed to be a good fit on paper so I asked her to put me forward for the role. Lorna advised the company was interviewing that week so I was expecting a rapid response. Lorna emailed me asking me to adit my CV re latest training courses. The information is clear on my CV so I signposted Lorna to that part of it and asked what she wanted editing? I received no response. At this point I was unsure if Lorna had forwarded my CV to the employer. So after a week I emailed Lorna for an update and becuase I hadn't heard anything was it safe to assume my application was unsuccessful.

Lorna left me a voice message and provided some information she hadn't done so prior to this. The company isn't lookkng at any further applications until after second interviews have been completed. This isn't what Lorna initally told me. I wasn't provided with any date when this process woild be completed.

I'm not too happy with Lorna's voice message as she comes across as sarcastic. Another week on and I no longer wish to be considered for the role because I'm not happy with my email being ignore regarding my CV and also another email sent yesterday to request my application for the role is withdrawn. I asked for a reply for confirmation this has been actioned for my records. No response. Yesterday's email I received out of office reply so I understand perhaps why I didnfet a reply. However, day 2 and my follow up email hasn't generated an out of office reply from Lorna so this is poor customer service.

I gave 2 stars only becuase initially the process was good and explained or so I thought until further into the application process.

I use Technique for all my business's recruitment needs. They continue to provide excellent customer service, fast and efficient. I would highly recommend!

Technique have dealt with my employment and payments very well. There is always someone available to assist with any queries. Very satisfied.

Title says it all. Called me out of the blue over a year ago when I'd updated my CV on a different website and have been working for them ever since.
