I did receive the service that was expected at the beginning, but mid to end of my experience working together was disappointing, The services promised were not delivered and still waiting for them to provide what was promised in our written contracts. They completed my logo, website, hosting of website and social media. The website design was great but have had to hire another hosting platform and social media never received anything as expected (leads, followers, new clients etc.). Look up Technofy Labs and wouldn't find out much about there company. I found the a Bark and since found out that they are no longer listed on there website as a business offering services in the design/website design.

At the age of 60 and with no prior experience in web design, I recently embarked on the journey of creating my own online shopping store. I am incredibly grateful that I found Mark Thompson at Technofylabs.
