Unsatisfied with Customer Serive and Delievery
A week ago, I ordered an Apple Watch. Unfortunately, the delivery driver could not locate my address, even though my name was clearly displayed on the letterbox at the correct address. Because of this, DHL did not deliver the order. I contacted the customer service team at Expert and explained the whole situation. Despite explaining everything, they did not attempt to resend the order; instead, they simply refunded my money.
I could have placed the order again, but the issue was that the product I wanted was no longer listed at the original price on their website. I would have had to pay 170 euros more than a week ago for the same product. I found this very unprofessional since the problem was not my fault, yet I ultimately did not receive the product.
I hope Expert can improve their delivery coordination and customer service to avoid such situations in the future.
