We've had numerous occasions to work with TechOps in the Sky ecosystem over the past two years and to request their assistance. No matter the issue, TechOps has always been prompt in responding; we can count on a reply in hours if not minutes. Moreover, the team is courteous as well as thorough and attentive to detail. We have never had to repeat ourselves or to point out an element of our request that was forgotten. We are confident that with TechOps, our problem will be resolved. Just a great professional relationship, through and through.

Meant to write this review a long time ago. Worked with tech ops at MakerDAO in several contexts. From the foundation to the DAO they were always reliable, clear communicators, and able to tackle complex technical projects. They're knowledge is top notch and they always tried to find solutions instead of problems. From assisting grantees to keeping a system securing billions humming, they were incredibly supportive. Helps that they're battle hardened builders too.

TechOps is always very responsive and reactive when we ask them to help us - whatever time a day.

I have worked with the core team in Techops, first at the Maker Foundation, and now at the Dai Foundation. They have consistently delivered at or above expectation without drawing a lot of attention. The remote and distributed team supports their value proposition of 24x7 service well. Communicating with the team via discord combined with monthly status meetings works well. The team pulls through with a Can-Do spirit at the very varied nature of the tasks they are asked to perform. I give the team my best recommendation.
