I am managing director of a small building services and have been using Techpal for approx. 25 years to handle all our IT. In this time I have found them to be very professional and pro-active in keeping us up to date with technology, as safe as possible from viruses etc also a quick response whenever support was needed. Ed Redwood is the person i have been dealing with. He is very efficient in how he operates, i was recently given a new work laptop to use as i was working remotely from home due to Covid-19 pandemic the nation has all faced, he set up the new company laptop quickly and easily transferring all my data that i had on the desktop to the laptop was seamlessly. We were recommended to Techpal for IT help last year re COVID workd from home access. They were quick and it worked well. We asked them to sort us a new website and handle all the IT stuff. We moved the phones from BT earlier this year as it was cheaper too. Overall impressive service.

They helped us reduce our costs and admin. We now only pay one monthly bill instead of 5 from different suppliers which had been causing us some issues. The support is very good, quick replies. They were recommended to us and I am glad they were able to help us. Our phones, IT , web , email and broadband all now with them and it has saved us money and admin.
