I searched all over to get my Garmin Watch battery replaced and failed miserably, Garmin were not interested and I even contemplated replacing the battery myself but didn’t want to break anything and ended up leaving the watch in a draw for nearly 2years. Then I finally found TechPoint repair and they had a great a reasonable pricing list and I cannot fault the service.
I took the plunged and sent off my watch and was extremely glad to get a email a couple of days later stating they have my package but I ordered the wrong battery. Not an issue they spotted the mistake and said they will get it replaced and sent back out to me ASAP.
All in all I think it took 8 days including the weekend to post, be fixed and sent back out to me.
I would recommend to anyone especially if you are a bit unsure about posting a £600+ watch to a stranger :) but this service and company is faultless and a very genuine business

I cannot fault their service in any way! A+++
I contacted this company after a local console repair shop asked me "what's a steamdeck"?
I explained the fault and that I had young family coming over for Xmas and needed it before then. They sent me a quote and a delivery label within an hour and fixed and returned it to me within 4 days. They updated me every step of the way and I eould wholeheartedly recommend Marty and the company to anyone.
Excellent service, contact and a fair price.
Give them a try and you can be as grateful and happy as I am.

Really positive experience, 10/10
It was a really positive experience, fill out the form, sent in my laptop and then just a few days later it returned safely fixed, I couldn't recommend them more, great to have a company you can trust like this.
