There is still considerable lag on popular channels like PPV and NFL.

Never got it setup and no-one from your…

Never got it setup and no-one from your 24 hour service even responded. Paid for a trial and I’m certainly glad I didn’t waste more money on a service I never received

I have just subscribed recently a month…

I have just subscribed recently a month ago. The tech people are awesome and they rock. The only issue I have is the organization of live tv, VOD, tv series. Meaning I don’t know where to look as I thought it would be let’s say House of Dragon, that would be under new release. I found it under Server One. CHCH news, that is under Canada Entertainment but I looked under Canada News. So I made notes as this is new to me where things are. Halloween Movies I would think it would be under Horror but don’t remember now where I found it under or Hellraiser. So I combined these movies under my Fabourites and changed that to view or green button under favourites so I have it there. Some newer ones like Hellraiser 2022 is under new release but also diffirent places and sometimes it’s added twice under new release. So this is just me trying to get to know where things are. No server is perfect, there was no buffering but when talking or voice was repeated like two or three times as well as no sound in some tv material. I live that there is tv portal if I need assistance where others leave you out in the cold. So that’s it for now and sorry for king writing.

Everything is great

Everything is great. Hooking for the first time super easy. I was impressed. Ok now the CON: when ever there is new episodes there should be a section for those instead of searching all over.all update should be in one place. For series and one place for movies. All Updates are slow.

So far, not too bad, lose the sound now and then, lots of refreshing, while watching shows, which can be a bit annoying

Great service

I’ve been trying for 3 days to get tech portal but for some reason I can’t receive an invoice from them to continue service. I get emails from them but not invoices so when I log in I continually get “internal error”. Turns out it was my iPad causing my grief. Tech support called and helped me to log on and took the time to help me understand my account. Great service

We've been trying to work with you and called you 3 times and didn't receive an answer. Where are you connecting from and have you tried using a VPN ? We also tried sending you a link to our invoice, and waiting for a response to see if you got it.

Overall very happy with your site,only…

Overall very happy with your site,only issue is that some channels buff and the audio and video are not in sync.But you get use to it.keep up the good work
