I entered a competition online where I won a discount on a laptop and tried to make payment than got directed to techssvvyby.com's payment page. When I contacted them I found out that it was for a gift card and that they don't know about the competition. I than send them a screenshot of the competition and requested for a refund on the subscription for the gift card because it's not what I signed up for. I was assisted by Bob who managed to cancel my subscription and refund me. Bob managed to process my complaint in less than a week

I hit a bit of a snag regarding my account and Declan was super helpful in making me understand how it all works.

Actually there's a misleading ad that posted on facebook that makes me unintentionally subscribed to your account. Stop doing that because it can lead to misinformation to the other users of some social media. It looks like your scamming people.
