ordered a drone on 17th September

I sent the below email, which again is one of several and from previous to this I have not received ANY response. To say they have a contact us email, it does not work or they are not communicating !!!!

ordered a drone from you on 17th September and received the link below. I did not get a tracking number and have contacted you response. So...could you please reassure me that I will receive the good asap. I believe looking at the shipping policy I should receive the drone 7 to 15 days. From today there are 8 business days left to deliver ?
Once again I need a tracking number and assurance of delivery date.

So as others have posted I'm beginning to believe this is s scam or they are inept ????

Scam alert don’t waste your money

I placed an order for a drone through a YouTube advertisement link on June 14, 2025 (Order No: 2076). However, I have not received the product to date. I attempted to contact help airdrones-hub.com, but the email appears to be inactive or non-functional.

What concerns me further is that I now see the same drone being sold under a different company name, which raises suspicions of a possible scam or misleading business practice.

It appears the same company may be operating under a new name, and I kindly request your assistance in either delivering the product I paid for or issuing a full refund.
