Brought my phone in to try and improve quality of pictures. They opened it up and assessed it within the hour. Not much could be done. They could have advised me to replace the back, but were honest enough to tell me it probably wouldn't help. Good guys quick service, and they didn't charge me. This is my go to place for phone and laptop fixes.

I went in to get my iPad fixed a few days ago the staff were so nice and helpful
My iPad was fixed really quickly and they didn’t charge much considering there was a lot of problems with it to fix
I’d really recommend going here to get your devices fixed or for advice they also sell good quality phone accessories and second hand devices

Some issues originally with getting specific item and replacement but staff were helpful and quick to resolve the matter

There isn't enough green stars for this company, especially the lads in Ballincollig, Patrick & Robert . I have become a regular customer with them !!! Daughter keeps dropping phone , we are now on first name basis 😂

I had an issue with a broken SIM tray on my brand-new iPhone 15 — just one day old. Vodafone advised me to return the phone for a replacement, which meant I would’ve been left without a working phone for several days. I needed it fixed urgently.

Thankfully, Robert Power, the Store Manager, went above and beyond. He quickly sourced a new SIM tray and had my phone working again within seconds. His professionalism, efficiency, and genuinely helpful attitude were outstanding.

I originally purchased laptop from here with intent of having regular check up carried out. This year device broke down. I was told circuit board melted, by that stage I has paid €70 to be told nothing could be done. It was sent to Galway. 6 weeks later it was returned.I paid another few hundred for that privilege. In Galway device password changed so now locked out completely. I have not gone back since as felt foolish and made little of. Staff there know nothing and charge for everything. I now have a useless device the whole experience awful and traumatic.

Purchased a car phone mount that went faulty after two weeks. I brought it back to the shop a few weeks later and they refused to replace or refund me. They said they had a 7 day return policy.

The package arrived so fast my co-workers thought I was lying about when I'd ordered.
