AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
First I ask him what year the laptop I was about to buy was from and he tells me it was purchased in 2019 instead of being honest and saying it’s a 2015. When it was purchased wasn’t the question and he knows that so be careful if you choose to ignore this review and you ask that deceptive , dishonest, disreputable guy Sam that question.
2-Then the battery goes dead. I hardly used it but I did use it once in a while. So instead of doing the right thing and just replacing it he gives me a price to do so at double what I paid pins up playing .
3- I bought the laptop to use premiere pro as I edit and produce as my livelihood. He said if he gets another laptop with a better graphics card he will swap it out . Premiere Pro is not working on the laptop which is the reason I bought it . Anytime I put in a simple effect the video goes black . It’s a graphics card issue , it needs to be upgraded but it’s attached to the OS and the laptop is upgraded to capacity so I can’t use it and he doesn’t have the decency to return my many calls or do anything about it .
GO FIND A REPUTABLE DEALER!! AVOID THIS SLEAZY GUY !!
