The mark-up they charge is INSANE
The mark-up they charge is INSANE! On average I saw 30% price increase vs either amazon or some other vendor operating directly in CH.
Please save your money - no import tax or shipping fee is worth paying 100 CHF extra for a 300 CHF product.

Super Service. Super Preis. Ware geliefert wie erwünscht (hatte einen speziellen Bedarf). Kommunikation per Email sehr einfach und freundlich.
Ich füllte mich super gut bedient. Die Bose Headsets (noise canceling) funktionieren bestens. Danke!
Great service and the best price at the time I needed a new Bose headset (noise canceling). As I was absent at times I had a special requirement for the delivery date and Techstudio made sure I got the headset exactly as agreed. Much appreciated. Communication was efficient and friendly. Delivery was fast and safe (Post with signature).

A pleasant experience
At first I was skeptical that I will receive my order at all, since it's not widely known in Switzerland. However, I was pleasantly surprised when order came after ONLY three days. Therefore, I would highly recommend Techstudio if one wants to order technical products!

Horrible customer service, poor communication
Horrible customer service! I ordered a gaming chair, and on the website, it said that it will be delivered in 4-5 days. Days went by after ordering and paying for it, and I still have not received any dispatch confirmation like with other online shops. I contacted their support team (email, no hotline nor chat facility), who gave a standard response to revert to me as quickly as possible. I have been following up since then and all I have gotten were auto replies. Finally, after 11 days (9 business days), I received a reply about supplier delays, and that my order would not be delivered until the end of September. Supplier delays are inevitable but if you are merchandising platform, it is your job to provide timely communication— to closely follow up with suppliers and revert to your customers as soon as possible.
Horrible company and platform, will never, ever order from TechStudio.ch again!

Why are they hiding ...?
It is allways suspicious if a company hides behind another Name to prevent reviews...
A few days ago i ordered something from " Techstudio.ch " so far so good, later on i found out that i paid triple the price that other suppliers would have charged for the same item, i got nothing against companies that wanna make money, but taking advantage of a customer in that way is just wrong,
of course i would never shop there again.
Btw. it is impossible to find Google Local scout Reviews for Techstudio, which is owned by a company named Long Island GmbH
