They responds to customer complaints and queries

3rd and final response.
They refunded in partial as requested. Thanks for the support, your products worked every time without an issue. Below are older updates that i have made and they are now null and void.

2nd Response.
I have pressed the request refund the right way. I did not wait. if the button is there, it should have a purpose in all scenarios.

I have sent an email to the given email. I'll be updating the rating based on your kind assistance. Did not mean any disrespect. Just trying to get the partial refund here. Your products are good.

Accidentally Purchased two keys instead of one. They have this request refund button which I pressed immediately, right away. to no avail.

They offer a great service

They offer a great service. I purchased a office professional plus 2019 activation. The steps which were to be followed were clearly included in the email and also a video with all the instructions was also provided. Also the replies were were quick so I could easily activate it. I highly recommend them!
