I ordered several items and it has been a month, I still haven't received anything. They blocked me on messenger. Customer service gave me all kinds of excuses. Don't order from them!!

Lots to chose from.the picking of one item was the hardest. Easy check out process. Beautiful carhartt merchandise and colors to chose from. I can't wait to get what I ordered.

SCAM SCAM I placed my order a month ago. I ordered a Carhartt peacoat in brown. Was super excited to receive my new coat. But when my order finally arrived, it was not what I order. The coat looks like a Halloween costume. It looks like a cowboy coat nothing like what I order. False advertisement to its finest. I have reported to their customer service by via email and they have given me 2 options and which none of them is to fully reimburse me or send me my correct product. Y’all’s a SCAM BEWARE! I will be posting to IG, Facebook, TikTok to every platform and will have my friends and family to keep reposting until your so called techwearclub company stop Scamming hard working people off.

I would highly recommend that no one buy from this company. Not only is it not authenticate, but the prices and they have 0 policy for returns. So, you are stuck with that item / merchandise. Different color and the fabric as describe. This is the worse business I've ever done with. Be AWARE of SCAM

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEM FROM THEM! Their merchandise is counterfeit!!
They advertised a denim jacket with Sherpa style lining with a Carhartt label on the pocket. It was very appealing, and I finally succumbed to temptation and bought it. It was too small and I tried to contact them to exchange it for a larger size. I indicated that a Carhartt medium would usually fit. As I packed it into the bag to return it, I noticed it did not have any labels in it. It is a counterfeit item! I was duped! I felt that having ordered via PayPal, I had some recourse. Their email on their website kept bouncing back with the message that their mailbox was full. The website also indicated there is no physical store at this time. I called the contact number PayPal had for them. It directed me to use the email address. I filed a complaint with PayPal’s Resolution Center and strangely enough, the company immediately replied. They were very polite throughout our interactions, although they only offered to reimburse me initially $32 dollars as a refund, plus I had the privilege of reordering their counterfeit clothing for only 60% of the original price. Next offer was $38 plus a $10 coupon….and their final offer was $44 plus the coupon. I asked for the full $81.18 back and they agreed, less the shipping cost. I assumed they meant for my return of the merchandise. A complicating issue in this was that during this time, I had a total shoulder replacement and was “quiet” for 2 weeks, but within the time limit to complete this. I had until 4:19p on 1/9 to resolve this or escalate this issue with PayPal. I sent pictures, as requested, of the package at the UPS office, the tracking number, and had been told they would issue the refund to PayPal when they received the information. I waited until 3:50p to notify them I was escalating this, in absence of their compliance. I sent the escalation at 4:05p, before the time limit, and received a notification from PayPal that the resolution was closed IN THEIR FAVOR! I now have a notification from UPS that they have refused to receive the package and it will arrive on my doorstep today. This is still within their 30 day return policy!! They still had the chance to do the right thing and they still didn’t have the integrity to do so. As for PayPal, I requested an answer as to why they did not acknowledge my escalation of the issue and have heard nothing.

The ordering process was a little slow but I loved the clothing. I got the pink carhartt cargos. I hope the quality is good. Im wearing them to a YUNGBLUD Concert in May. If the pants are as good as they look I'll order more. I just ordered, so I dont have the item yet. We'll see how slow shipping is.

Prices were reasonable for the brands offered. Shipping was high but if you order several items they offer free shipping. Overall I'm very happy with what I got.

I have been a loyal fan of Carhartt since the 1980's when it was almost too expensive for a lowly Carpenter Apprentice.. the Style of the Vest I ordered caught my eye and ordering it was quite Easy...

Don’t not order from this website. It is not official. I ordered an eagles hoodie. They send me a broncos hoodie. The communication is horrible! I have been trying to return it for a week now I have sent pictures of the mistake they are still asking me to send pictures of what I received. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had when ordering offline.

I haven’t received my product as of yet however I paid for fast shipping so I’m hoping that o get my items as promised in the website. The website was easy to navigate, ans there are so many adorable pieces I want to order that looks good. I’m just testing out my first product first to see if it comes in time and looks as it do on the website.
