Ordered a SFF desktop PC from them, delivery was very swift, but they sent me a different model than ordered and claimed it was a "free upgrade".

When advised that the product sent was unfit for the job intended and I required a replacement or refund, they have been largely unresponsive and unhelpful. It has taken near-daily pressure to be at the point where they MIGHT arrange collection, but I'm not sure. First contact was on 2026-04-05 and we're now at 2026-04-17. Still unresolved at this point, and I am losing faith.

Also, they are only contactable on their sales email as their advertised Whatsapp number is no longer existent, and their landline does not work.

This company is shocking no customer service to call the 3rd party company my son laptop was meant to be sent by had no records of my order even though I have all the proof of payment and order numbers and now can’t find any way of claiming my money back this company has robbed £125 of me with no way of contacting them

When I query it I just get a Royal Mail Tracking number. An IT company should use a reputable delivery company.

I bought a refurbished 23" touchscreen All-in-One PC from TechyTeam, but what arrived was a much older, inferior model. The spec was worse in every regard to what was advertised - it had no touchscreen, was covered in stickers, was 21" instead of 23". When I emailed initially I got no response. When they did eventually get back to me (via whatsapp) they tried to claim it was better than the one advertised- at this point i checked the value of what they had sent on ebay where it was for sale ' buy it now' at about an seventh of the price. I sent it back to them and several weeks later I did get a refund ...credit to them for that at least. The whole thing was pretty unnecessary and stressful to be honest.
