This property is lovely. The house is immaculately decorated with an open floor plan and a spacious common area. It’s a great space to hang out with fellow roommates but you can also have your own time to yourself in your room. It’s very nice having your own bathroom and the room is furnished as well. We have all the modern amenities; washer, dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, and a weekly cleaner. All utilities are included in the rent price, which makes everything much easier. The location is fantastic! Just a two-minute walk and you are in the centre of Uplands, close to bars, restaurants and shops. It’s truly a wonderful place to live. Tim and Ellen are great. You can tell they’ve put a lot of work into making this house a modern and comfortable place to live for working professionals. All concerns with the house have been addressed promptly, They even deliver some lovely hanging baskets in the summer and chocolates at Christmas. The only minor negatives I will say is my room is a bit noisy behind right next to the street. WiFi is a bit spotty in my room as well, but fine throughout the rest of the house. My room can get a little warm in the summer, but it’s manageable. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live and I have really enjoyed my time here.

The landlords are attentive, helpful and quick to respond to any queries. The house is modern and all facilities are of high quality. The decoration is finished to a high quality and very welcoming.

The house is located very close to good local shops and bars. And a short walk to the beach / town.

Overall I would 100% recommend this house and the landlords.

The house is a lovely house and is in a really good location. Not even two minutes away from the local shops and 10-15 minutes away from Langland beach(my favourite goto for a quick dip). The house it's self has been finished to a really high standard with plenty of room in the kitchen for everyone,the communal area is lovely and leads out into a small but nice back yard with BBQ and out door table.
The room is a good size with a good sized shower room, the sink is a bit small in the bathroom but is a minor negative, as the room is located facing the main road it can down get a little noisy on the street when windows are open but nothing to really complain about.
Both landlord have been great since moving in ,very responsive with queries and are always on hand to fix and help with anything.

Great property, in a great location. A fantastic price for everything being included. The property has been done up to a really high standard and has been really nice experience to live in! Both landlords have been really good, very approachable and respond to any queries extremely quickly.

The house has been furbished to an extremely high standard and is in a great location. Techproperty have been quick at sorting out issues that have cropped up.

After moving to the house with out even getting a chance to view it before moving in, I can say that it is indeed as lovely in real life as it is in the pictures.

A brand newly refurbished shared house with everything working well and built to a high standard. The kitchen and social areas are fresh out an interior design magazine. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable each with its own en suite, with high pressure showers. The house is situated a stones throw away from uplands high street with lots of bars and restaurants.

Overall I'd say this house is great, with only one negative point. Being the fact it's on a semi-busy road which can be a little noisy in the evenings. However if you can see passed that its a great place to live, the landlords are great when dealing with any issue we have had.

When I stumbled across this beautiful property when looking to move into shared accommodation for professionals it felt almost too good to be true. However, after being here for several months I can honestly say it has gone over and above all my expectations.

The house itself offers well thought out, spacious open plan communal areas perfect for entertaining and catching up with fellow housemates after a long day. Decorated to such a high standard no detail has been overlooked to make this properly somewhere you can be proud to come home to each evening.

The rooms have also been designed with meticulous care, each having a unique style as well as offering ample built in storage, an ensuite for every room, beautiful furniture and incredibly fast WiFi that makes working from home a breeze.

The location of the property also means you are a stones throw away from all of the best attractions and interests that Swansea has to offer.

I cannot of asked for a better experience with Ellen and Tim as owners of TeckProperty. As they go above and beyond for their tenants. Being readily available to address any house related queries and making the signing process and moving in day completely stress free. I have never had such a welcoming and accommodating experience like this one.

If you are looking for a beautifully finished home in a fantastic, vibrant location, Glanmor Road is not to be missed. The house itself has been expertly curated so that no detail has been overlooked.

The hugely spacious, open-plan communal living area is a lovely place to relax and catch up with your fellow housemates after a busy day at work or have friends over to the courtyard garden at weekends. The facilities are far superior to other shared houses in the area, with a fully equipped kitchen, bike rack, superfast wifi, weekly cleaner and built-in cupboards in every room. While I was initially anxious to share a house with so many other tenants, the house is spacious and brilliantly soundproof that even working shifts, this has never been a concern. Each bedroom has been differently designed in a fresh and unique way and as busy young professionals, an en suite bathroom for every tenant is a game-changer!

I cannot speak highly enough of Ellen and Tim as owners of TeckProperty. The signing process was seamless and extremely professional and come moving day, they were exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. Any requests or queries regarding the house are quickly addressed and taken care of, which is extremely refreshing and helpful.
