You may think that getting an unemployment benefit in Germany is easy, but it really isn’t. I just couldn’t do it myself! So gladd I learned about Tecla, and they did it for me - and for that I am grateful. One thing they can improve is how quickly they respond to emails.

There are many accountants out there, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy to find one to your liking. I had trouble finding one even though there’s such an abundance of accountants: It seems each one is worse than the other. Once I started using Tecla’s services, I never looked back. They actually do a good job! thanks

Really great people on the support team. That being said, reaching customer support in the first place is not as easy as it should be - I’m talking about Mondays. Fix this and I will surely re-rate you!

do not make accounting mistakes mistakes. Just don’t. I learned the hard way, the government will always think you did it on purpose. that’s why I decided I need pros to do it for me, and Tecla did not disappoint. Truly recommended!!

It's just amazing how annoying it is to get your tax refund in this country. Exhausting! Without TECLA, I would have just given up, for sure. Can’t thank them enough for handling this for me

I have been using this company’s services for matters of tax returns. They did their job all right, but I just wish this procedure would have taken less time!!

Till a year ago we had such a mess with payrolls… We tried quite e few companies to handle this, none of which satisfied us. But I had a good feeling about TECLA right from the start. They are really organized and they have high-level customer service... brilliant !!
