Promises not kept

Sandra from Tecnocasa sold our house at a very reduced price, we paid tax at the time of sale and she told us she would claim it back for us, here we are two years later and still no refund!
We have messaged continually and either get ignored or get given some BS - the last one was that she was going to contact a Gestoria on our behalf to chase up the refund - we're now approaching another 6 months milestone with no refund yet. The really annoying thing about this, is she told us that the Spanish bank account must be kept open for the refund to go into.
Sell your property with somebody else!
Don't trust anything they say.....
As you may see, it's been added that the company have replied - I followed their instruction to send my details to their email address, but I emailed them 3 days ago and haven't even received an acknowledgement yet.....it's all very well looking like you care by responding on here, but how about actually taking some action?

Stay away from Technocasa Almuñécar

Stay away from Technocasa Almuñécar. The service is a disaster. We rented an apartment through Technocasa. Upon arrival, we found that the glass in the patio door was broken, but they would come to fix it in tree days. It also turned out that the fridge wasn’t working. We reported this on March 16 and immediately requested a replacement. They didn’t even answer the phone when we called their office. After a lot of back-and-forth communication via WhatsApp, Angela promised 100% that the fridge would be replaced on 03/19. That “100%” was yet another lie, because on 03/24 we received a message saying they wanted to measure the fridge’s dimensions.!!!!!!
We decided to leave the apartment earlier than planned, because after nearly a month, the door and the fridge still hadn’t been replaced. The service there is truly a disaster, Angela always had an excuse for everything. Apparently, their core business is: make sure you pay the fee, and then you’re just a number that gets no service.

Carefull if the bank does not approve…

Carefull if the bank does not approve your finance, they will try to steal your deposit.
You need to make costs like sending them a burofax and they will pay up after 30 days.
As they know they have no case. The contract stated 1 bankrefusal was enough and they received that in november.
The apartment had allready been sold by them as well.

Be carefull and get a sollicitor in advance if you have no other option.

Without that, even if your contract states, that your deposit is safe, it is not.
The apartment was sold to another back in november.
I received my deposit today jan 27 after the burofax term was about to expire.
This was Raul de La vega from office in garrucha. He had my deposit since july last year.
Horrible experience and many lies i finally got my money back.

Tecnocasa Garrucha is the best real…

Tecnocasa Garrucha is the best real estate agent that we have ever dealt with! Absolutely wonderful service, very polite and went out of their way to make our sale perfect.
If you are looking to sell your property, don't look any further.
Raul speaks perfect English, has looked after us, from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for him, a perfect gentleman.
Absolutely perfect from the beginning. If you are thinking of selling your property, Tecnocasa Garrucha, Ask for Raul....

I have been in communication with a guy…

I have been in communication with a guy named Kevin from the office of fuencarral. That guy has horrible service. No follow ups, i sent him my documents for a flat that I was interested in. He needs to be trained.

Worst agency ever

Worst agency ever. Worst service I've paid for in my life.
Don't expect the tiniest effort from their side if you are the buyer. Also expect a lot of lies for what has been done and when you will be signing. Of course for every delay their solution will be in the lines of you fix it yourself and we don't care.
Expect also to be obligated to go for a mortgage through them even if you already have one approved only so they can charge you for it as well.
Avoid at all cost for your peace of mind!

Unreliable company

I have contacted Tecnocasa in Santa Cruz Tenerife several times to view a specific house they have advertised. They reply very sparsely, it is not possible to arrange a viewing appointment. Apparently they are not interested in selling the house.

Terrible company - Ignore clients

Terrible company. I have sold my house in the UK and want to buy in Spain. I have tried contacting them about properties I'm interested in advertised on their website, but they ignore phone calls and emails. I'm literally a customer ready to buy a house, and they make no effort to communicate with me. This would never happen with an estate agent in the UK.

Poor Management

They make their employees work on the streets during the heatwave in Madrid, besides the person was wearing a suit. I would never recommend a company that treats their employees this way.

Great agency

Great agency, they sold my estate for great price and i did not have to do anything at all. Worth working with. Especially with Mr Kamil from Cracov in Poland

Disgusting treatment, and then ignored.

The agents were obnoxious and rudely insisted on getting us to sign a form with 20% commission BEFORE even allowing us to view a property.

Naturally we refused, so they refused to show us the property and told us to leave. We logged a formal complaint with the main office and basically got ignored after multiple emails.

Absolute scammers. Avoid at all costs.

We sold our house using Tecnocasa after other agents could not

We sold our house using Tecnocasa in Cuevas Del Almanzora after it had been for sale for many, many months with other agencies. They knew the local market and were able to show viewers around from the start.
The offer on our house came from an early viewing and we were pleased to accept it after a little negotiation. They managed the sale from the start to the end very efficiently.
We would use them again in the future.
Vendimos nuestra casa usando Tecnocasa en Cuevas Del Almanzora después de haber estado a la venta durante muchos, muchos meses con otras agencias. Conocían el mercado local y fueron capaces de mostrar a los espectadores desde el principio.
La oferta de nuestra casa vino de una visita temprana y nos complació aceptarla después de una pequeña negociación. Gestionaron la venta desde el principio hasta el final de manera muy eficiente.
Los volveríamos a usar en el futuro.

Publicity unwanted and an advert to burgulars

I have just returned to my house in the old town of Estepona and found their publicity stuffed in my door for all to see especially the burglars .
There is also publicity in the street as many people do not have letter boxes

One of the worst estate agent

This is one of the biggest unprofessional, worse estate agent in Spain. I would highly not recommend anyone to use there service because they are misleading.

I paid 1000 euros to reserve an apartment and signed a contract. The contract states if I pull out I will lose it but if the owner pull out I will receive my reservation. However after sleeping on it I decided not to proceed buying the apartment and my lawyer informed them my decision. They told my lawyer I will lose my 1000 euros and plus I need the pay for there fees. At no point this was discussed at the reservation appointment and I l asked the question on two occasions about the procedure. According to the contract its states the fee is paid when the sale completion. This estate agent is a disgrace to the property buy industry. Thete lawyer have sent me a letter demanding the fee within the next 10 days or further action will be taken. I own them nothing and if they decide to take it further, they will crash and burn! 🤨

Totally terrible expiriance

Totally terrible expiriance. Visiting of house was with problems, and company even don't know where it located. Person who shoved house was so uneducated and can't speak English even on basic level. A lot questions about house was without answering, and even part of house was not showed, cause they don't have keys. After visiting and start of neogeation process, price is goes up more than 25%, and this is totally fraud approach. When i request price from advert, they just decline and continue ask higher price. In the end they just ignore all messages, and provide 0 response.

I bought a parking spot in Alicante

I bought my first parking spot in Alicante in November 2022. This real estate company is incompetent and dishonest because:
-        They did not know about the new 2022 ITP regulation, therefore instead of paying 800 euros for a purchase of an 8,000 euros parking space, I had to pay a tax of 1950 euros.
-        Although the agent proposed to come and help with tax documents, he never showed up at the land registry with me
-        When we paid the agency fees, our real estate agent told us that we had to pay the sum of 1,900 euros for the registration fees (deed, notary, etc.), he said he preferred to ask for more and that once he had received the invoices from all the intermediaries, he would reimburse us accordingly. Despite multiple reminders, to this day, we only received a small reimbursement amount with no invoices or receipts
-        Please note that we do speak Spanish with the agency and that there is no language miscommunication

Tecnocasa Aranjuaz sold our house while…

Tecnocasa Aranjuaz sold our house while under contract with us and never returned out deposit..DO NOT BELIEVE THE RESPONSE FROM TECNOCASA IN TRUST PILOT. THEY ASK FOR YOUR EMAIL OR NUMBER BUT NEVER RESPOND AFTER MONTHS OF COMMENTING ON THEIR INSTAGRAM THEY AGREED THAT WHAT WAS DONE TO US WAS WRONG BUT THAT THEY COULD DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.

Very rude and unhelpful...

We just moved to Spain and we are searching for an apartment to rent. We are a family with a small kid and we just want a decent place to live.
I found a very nice apartment for rent so I called the agency and I told them we just moved to Spain, so we don't have proof of income, but we do have reference letter from our previous landlord in Ireland, we have friends here that can guarantee for us with their payrolls and we also have enough money to pay the rent in advance for a few months.
The lady on the phone was just in a hurry to hang up the phone, not even trying to be helpful. She told me to search for rent directly from the owners because the agencies ask for payrolls. I told her that I know that, but I also know that there are agencies/landlords that are willing to accept the payment for a few months of rent in advance, so there are exceptions.
And while I was trying to ask her to at least ask the landlord if he would like to accept my offer, she was just trying to get rid of me and rudely said "I will call you later, bye, bye" and she hung up on me.
It's not like I'm asking to live there for free! I was just asking her to consult with the owner before telling me a categorical No. Very rude and unhelpful...
