I am a buyer in Barcelona and the horrible reviews of technocasa are worrying and do not inspire confidence in the industry. When we have stopped there it is always young men in black suits with top knots or pony tails. When we went to see an apartment for purchase he had no interest in us or the apartment and could not answer basic questions. As I read the reviews it will cause me to avoid them but need an honest office to work with for the flat we would want to buy. There is no multiple listing service. It is like looking for a needle in a haystack. The owners of technocasa need to review their situation. Foreign residents please avoid.

I was an erasmus student who, unfortunately, was fooled by this company.
We rent the apartments in Getafe, our agent was Ivan (+34675407787).

Let’s start with really poor quality of the apartments: everything was broken during 6 months. Sometimes landlords reaction was nothing. We paid really a lot for this flat. It’s located in very criminal zone, on the 0 floor. But ok, we couldn’t choose properly the flat being in another countries and there is no one’s fault in it except landlords’. But according to our contract we can just shut up and pay.

But let’s speak about our agent Ivan. When time came to move out I asked him when and how we can get our deposit back. He said nothing except “your money will be transferred to your bank accounts”. But then it’s appeared the deposit can be given back during 30 days. There was nothing about 30 days in the contract. This agent didn’t tell anything about it neither. Because of this irresponsibility I still have a lot of financial losses. As I’m not a resident of European Union my bank account is not valid, because my visa isn’t valid anymore. Hence, after 15th of August I won’t be able to get my money from other bank account. Hence, it seems I can never see my money again. I wish this agent to be punished with these landlords. I’m really angry.

JUST DON’T PAY TO TECNOCASA

Terrible service u pay them thousands of euros if u decide to buy it, and u cant buy it with other agency ore they put u on trial. Last year i had 500 calls always from different number from them they disturb u every week!!!! Even when u bougth already other flat and u keep repeating them every week i am not interested i already bought my flat!!!!! TERIBLE AGENCY, SO ANNOYING!!!!

I wanted to end my dealings with tecnocasa, my contract ended on 21st dec 21 and i didn't know it was self renewing after one week of this date. i actually had covid. Can i please end the contract, your office says no and if i do there will be a penalty. I want to sell my house but have had no offers despite the viewings. I cannot negotiate because you charge not only me but the clients to much. I'd like to put the price down to sell it but not when you are taking 7,260 plus whatever you are charging the buyers. Now you say i have to stay with you till 21st june 2022.

I don’t recommend this service. I went to visit an apartment with one of their agents and after the visit he never replied to my questions neither my messages. After texting him for two days he replied saying that the apartment was already taken by another couple. He was unprofessional and rude.

Now it needs a hell of a tightening from the owners of this otherwise good brokerage firm. As I can read, it is in Spain in all a francas company that runs this. This whole office is screaming in a bad spirit, you do not answer emails, you can not speak English with the staff. My whole business will soon go to the forest because no one answers.
If there is only one piece of advice, close this office.
Who actually owns Tecnocasa, it must still find an owner who you simply have to inform about this scandal-solving way of running a company that will help people who want to buy or sell.

Ladrones - robery, uncompetent, unprofessional, AVOID THEM!!!

1. They sold me a flat with plenty of debts (IBI, community debts from the previous owner) - I was fighting another 4 years to got rid of it!
2. Sold a flat with no electricity, water and gas supplies - putting in a sales contract (compra-venta) they will arrange it but finnaly we had to pay for It.
3. They got 'legally' a Certificate of habitability (Cédula de habitabilidad), eventhough the flat had no electricity, water or gas installation.
4. Even lying about the keys, they were not able to provide the keys of the main door, lying it were changed (the neighbours told us later they have the same one for the last 16 years...)

5. If this robbery was not enough, they sent me an invoice of 1200€ to arrange the register, to sign me as a new owner of the property eventhough this land register is being free of charge for everyone (as agency they had my original documents of the flat and thought I cannot do it by myself without paying them a 1200€ fee but I simply went with an official copy and had no problems)! Finally, the Techomierda charged me 80€ by their gestor (lawyer), for the 'management', just to give me back MY documents...
DISASTER AT ALL LEVELS AND UNETICAL AGENCY!
STAY AWAY AND SPARE SOME NERVES...

If you wish to buy an property or make an offer you need to pay the commission first which is 3500 euro + VAT and only after payment they will take the offer to the property owner.
