The worst customer service experience ever
Ordered a watch on July 11 that has not arrived so far. Complained to customer service and I wask asked to wait first and then I was informed that the watch has been lost and that they have refunded me the cost. Didn't even bother to ask me whether I still want the watch, when I complained again about that, I was told that there is a logistics problem therefore even if I place the order again, it will not be delivered. Basically asking me that they are not going to seel me the watch. Terrible customer service experience. I wonder if an you one will notice and so ai wrong about it. Let's see.
