Did coss Initial With Tec training the atmosphere was Very ok and most importantly the trainer was Good in Teaching Mr Kharn
Very Impressive and Is Pattern Of Teaching Make Its easy To Understand the work load .

I did the PTS course, the trainer, Mr RON delivered the course 100%.
He is a super qualified and very smart trainer. Top man, 5 stars for him and the TEC Training company.
The course was delivered brilliant and I learned a lot of useful information.

I have just finished my COSS initial training yesterday (13/03/23) #tectraining with Kharn & Martin. Very brilliant, accommodating, approachable etc trainers they both are. They went extra mile to make sure everyone understood every part/content of it. I will definitely recommend this centre to anyone.

Where clients cancel courses with less than 14 days’ notice, the course fee is payable in full. If a booking has been made within 14 days from the course start date, the client will not be eligible for any refunds or date changes. Substitution of a nominated delegate can be made free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the event-taking place. The nominated delegate can only be changed once, further charges will be applied for any additional changes.

Tec Training (GB) Ltd will endeavour to run all advertised and programmed events. However due to unforeseen circumstances it may be necessary to reschedule or cancel a particular event. In such cases Tec Training (GB) Ltd will not accept any consequential liability irrespective of notice given

I have used TEC Training on many occasions sending my staff on a range of railwat courses over the years.
The service is excellent, each trainer delivering on behalf of TEC, now known to me, each taking their time with each candidate, providing a professional and kind service.

Stuart Booker was an excellent trainer who came across well and was very pleasant and easy to understand

This place is a racket run by people whom claim to be professional but it's an absolute RIP off and it was in royal Victoria near Channing town. I have done my PTS before and I was put though the paces and the money I spent on the first one in a proper professional environment. This was a lesson learned from and this place as they makes you do the E-Learning and gives you a test straight away and if you fail you lose your money no questions asked. I am ok as I have money that won't be missed but I warn you that they are legal criminals and I hope that they get investigated by the appropriate authorities as you don't pay to get the necessary steps for your PTS you end up doing all the teaching yourself and you actually learn nothing from the so called teachers that deal with you as if they are doing you a favour to me they were not approachable and actually acted like redneck racist whom talked to me like I was scum and the fact that I had a very good profession mademe even more unappreciated and competently assertive. I will not be going back to this racket eventhough they tried to convince me that it was my fault that they conned me out of my hard earned money and I have them investigated by the appropriate authorities in the near future as if people like myself do nothing then I am enabling them to con others with impunity. There are better places and to show you it's a proper racket, the sentinel charge about £30 for a reissue, but Tec training charge £50 for the card so that shows you they don't have your best interests at heart. All the people in the office are miserable and talk down to you even though they are only receptionist and can't wait to get your money. This is just my opinion on my experience with this place, suffice to say that someone needs to stop the BS and say what they see..................if you want to waste £320 then be my guest. It is by far the worst training facility I have ever experienced and I have many certifications........
It is meant to be a training course but they do very little training and the person who was the teacher was like a little hitler and showed no respect for the persons being taught. I have since booked another course and was told by the course instructors that this place does not follow the national rail requirements of training and show have been investigated a long time ago.
My advice to the individuals that want training for PTS is to look elsewhere as there are a few courses that actually teach you properly and not rob you at any opportunity...............
