Awful Company, Unprofessional and Rude
Ordered an item from TED24 then realised the item listed in the title didn’t match description. It was unclear what the item was which I didn’t notice when I initially read the description. It was misleading so I cancelled the order and the seller rudely responded blaming me, saying I cost them money for shipping and re-listing when the fault was in fact on their side. The seller blocked me so there was no way of resolving any issue. Absolutely awful company, very unprofessional and rude. I’m relieved the order didn’t go through because I would imagine there would be problems returning the item or getting unnecessary rude responses. Avoid!
Edit: The order was cancelled within 15 mins of purchasing, I can see the time it was placed and cancelled on the order summary. I’m surprised to the sellers response on here as everyone can see just how rude and unprofessional they are.

We were packing your order because it was placed nearly an hour before and you cancelled it due to "order placed by mistake". So yes, if it would have been 1 minute later the order would have left our warehouse and cost us money in returns and relisting fees.
As for it not matching the listing, there is nothing misleading about it. The photos match the product and the description for the product is taken directly from the brand.
We have blocked you from buying from us again, that is correct.
99% positive feedback from over 13k items sold also proves we aren't a "awful company" - you are just a Karen sat behind a computer that likes to place orders they don't actually want.

Sent 2 odd shoes and won’t answer any correspondence

When I tried to raise it they completely ignored me they haven’t responded to a single message despite sending several since then including photos. I hadn’t noticed they were odd as the tops of the shoe were the same. Absolutely shocking customer service actually non-existent customer service! My 6 year old was devastated on Christmas Day!

As I have explained and as you can see yourself from the tracking information provided, your order has been delivered by Royal Mail on a Signed For service and there is tracking information, a signature, photo and GPS evidence to further confirm this.
You contacted Despatch Bay, our third-party courier we use, and they conducted an investigation with Royal Mail and the Post Man and they confirmed delivery of the item, too.
Therefore, we are all satisfied the item has been delivered otherwise the tracking would say different.
