Do not order from this company!! I cancelled my order due to me not receiving it within a timely manner. I was promised a refund at the beginning of December and have still not received it. I have sent several communications and had no reply from customer service. Thankfully I paid with Paypal and have now raised it with them. Fingers crossed I get my refund.

Excellent kitchen chairs
We were looking for new dining chairs for our newly fitted kitchen and came across the Teddybeau website. They had just what we wanted - white faux leather chairs. Ordered two and they were delivered in about two weeks. Very easy to assemble and look absolutely gorgeous in our kitchen. Very pleased with our purchase and would use this company again.

Not recommended at all
Placed order 15th November and still no delivery. They don't reply to emails. I was fine about a slight delay due to covid but after no reply I have more concerns. Will never order again and would not recommend to anyone

Good customer service.
I ordered an item two weeks ago but as it had not been dispatched and it was a birthday gift, I sent an email yesterday cancelling the order and asking for a refund. My Paypal account has today been credited with the full amount including postage. I cannot fault the service I have received although it would have been nice to receive the chosen item.

Keep an eye out for discount codes! They even have a price match guarantee - I havent used it as I found the items I wanted were the cheapest there anyway.
