Amazing New Friends

Amazing. I ordered 10 different bears in one order. They are all lovely, our grandchildren are going to love them when they are given them on the 1st May from their grandad.
Great service, all arrived quite quickly. And beautifully made. Communication was really good. I’m so glad I found their page.

Amazing service and excellent quality…

Amazing service and excellent quality teddy bear i bought for my wife has her nan has just passed away and she was overwhelmed with her teddy i can honestly say i would 100 percent recommend this seller and company to my friends and family.

Absolutely amazing

Ordered a bear for my grandchild off his uncle , really easy to order and add text and photos, didn't take long to come and when it did I was blown away by how perfect and beautiful it was , it brought a tear to many eyes , something so special from someone who has sadly passed away , highly recommend this company, I will definitely be ordering more

Worried customer

Getting really worried reading the reviews as I placed an order on 22nd February and have not received anything. I have sent numerous emails simply asking if my teddy is being processed and no communication back I have googled to see if there is a contact phone number, apparently not! How do you get through to this company?

Ordered at start of Feb. No communication.

Tried to contact through several means several times and no reply.

Now going through the bank and reporting as fraud!!

I made an order on the 29th November

I made an order on the 29th November. I ordered two bears for my boys as a Christmas present to remind them of there grandad who passed away last year. I have emailed them 7 times using both emails provided and still no response. I've tracked my order with the shop app and also reported an issue with my order and still no reply. I have sent two messages on their Facebook messenger and still no response. I totally understand that Christmas is a busy time for all but a response to an email does not take that long. To ignore paying customers is very rude and frustrating. Losing someone so close is bad enough for a grown up never mind a child. It's very rude and very frustrating. This will be taken further, not happy at all, out of pocket and no product 😡😡

I ordered and paid for a bear on 30th…

I ordered and paid for a bear on 30th December, I appreciate it’s been the holidays, but I’ve heard nothing and received nothing. I’ve emailed and asked about my order.. no response..
TeddyRescue if your reading this can you please contact me asap regarding my order, if your not going to process it, then please refund me asap. I’m fed up of waiting. The bear was a gift to my friend that lost her partner. Really disappointed in the customer service

Placed an order on the 6th of october

Placed an order on the 6th of october, had heard anything by the end of november so I contacted them and theu said they will get it shipped out the following monday and gave me a partial refund. Now roughly 4 weeks later and I still have not recieved my item and have contacted them 3 times since then just to be ignored!! Fuming! Boycott!!

Avoid this company.

UPDATE 3. Obviously now realising how their original reply came across about me making little things seem bigger during an emotional time they have now deleted it as this shows what a really UNCARING company they are. No solution were ever offered as my emails for a refund were ignored. After trying to blame me for their error I was basically told nothing further would be done . Then after providing proof I was then told I was getting a refund. No offer of a replacement corrected item or an apology. So your total explanation is totally been made up. I have all the proof to show my version is correct. I will continue to correct any lies you add in your reply. They have also completed change their reply. Please remember how they have treated me when ordering from them because I would hate anyone else to have to go through the same experience. UPDATE 2 . How patronising is your reply. Little things seeming bigger during an emotional time.😡😡 I take it that is implying to my husband's recent sudden death!! Every problem has went unanswered by you as you ignored my emails , so your turned it from being a little problems to the feeling of being scammed by ignoring me .
When you did reply I was promised a photos to be sent on Sunday of my order before dispatch, which you didn't.....If you had maybe we could have rectified the fact you can't spell before you sent the order. 2 incorrect teddies. You even tried to blame me for the incorrect spelling even though my order proved you wrong. I have that in your email reply. Your customers service is non existent as you are obviously only in it for the money and playing on People's grief. I don't seem to be the only one either who is ignored by the other reviews or do not receive their orders. I was offered a refund only after two of the teddies arrived faulted. My previous requested for a refund went ignored by you. My review is factual and timelines correct. I just wish it was possible to upload all my ignored correspondence to my review to prove what a unprofessional company you are . I will believe it when I actually receive my refund as so far I don't have any evidence that it's been issued and I don't trust a word you say......... ORIGINAL REVIEW. If I could give no stars I would. Communication is non existent. No replies to the numerous emails about my missing order. I finally got an update on shop to say it's been posted. That turned out to be a scam. They listed the £2 personalised item charge per teddy as dispatched but not the actual teddies. Apparently they are awaiting dispatch. Please don't use this company. At the worst time of my life I am now £90 out of pocket. UPDATE 1. ...Well today I finally received my long awaited teddies. 2 of which arrived faulted. One they knew about and supposedly are replacing it. The other one sent out was obviously not checked. They spelt my grandsons name wrong.FNLAY ?? missing out the I. Honestly this company is a joke. I wished I had never ordered from them. Please please think seriously before buying from this company. They have caused me nothing but heartache. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF UPSET FROM A TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCARING COMPANY. THEIR REPLY SHOWS HOW THEY HAVE TRIED TO BLAME ME FOR OVER REACTING TO MY TREATMENT FROM THEM AND EVEN IMPLY ITS BECAUSE IM MAKING LITTLE PROBLEMS SEEM BIGGER THAN THEY ARE. WOW. USING MY HUSBAND'S RECENT DEATH TO TRY AND BELITTLE ME BY IMPLYING IVE OVER REACTED.

For clarity and reassurance to anyone reading, we’d like to gently provide a few factual details — as some parts of the review don’t fully match the timeline on our system:

• Your full order was refunded in full, including all personalised items.

• Shopify advises that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show in a customer’s bank account, depending on the bank’s processing speed. This delay is completely outside our control and may explain why it initially appeared as though funds hadn’t been returned.

• The dispatch confusion came from the way Shopify records fulfilments. Small add-on items (such as the £2 personalisation add-ons) are processed as separate fulfilment lines, so they can appear as “dispatched” before the main products. This is just how the platform structures orders and doesn’t reflect the actual status of the teddies themselves, which were still being produced and were posted as soon as they were finished.

We’re sorry the experience felt stressful at such a difficult time. We took your concerns seriously throughout. When it became clear that no solution we offered would fully meet your expectations, we issued a full refund for your entire order and you were welcome to keep the teddies received free of charge.

This was my second order after being…

This was my second order after being over the moon with my first, I got 2 angel bears for my nephews as I lost my granda their great granda (Gigi) in August and we all miss so much so a nice gift for them to cuddle and remember such a wonderful man, thank you so much , Sharron 💚
