Upon moving in, 2 days before Christmas I realised that the heating was not working in the property. Alfie was super helpful and kind from the start, and quickfixed the pressure in my 17 years old boiler multiple times and made sure we have a stressfree Christmas holiday in a warm home. He is very easy to communicate with, very professional, willing to put in the effort to come up with the best solution. Thank you!
Alfie did a great job with an entire plumbing refit as part of a renovation. Extremely high standard of work, whilst being polite and considerate throughout. Would recommend!

After I lost faith in a builder refurbishing my flat, I found Tedrex on Local Heroes (vetted by British Gas) who disposed of my old electric boiler / storage tank / shower pump and replaced them with a combi gas boiler and new radiators. This necessitated several days' work to install a flue and fit pipes etc.
Being an ex council flat, the fusebox also needed updating on a subsequent visit.
I plan to arrange a further visit to fit a box around the boiler pipes and some other jobs, as well as book annual boiler services with Tedrex, who have become my go-to for home-related services.
I have always found Tedrex to be competent, reliable, professional, courteous, and approachable. Highly recommended.

I've used Tedrex on multiple occasions whenever i've had issues with heating or plumbing issues and have always had a positive experience. Reliable, experienced, personable and good at explaining the situation in layman's terms for those unfamiliar.
