Scam company -ordered AC unit on line got confirmation email but went back and shop had vanished

Sons of bitc##s thats all i have to say. If their parents got cancer that wouldn't be good enough

Scam company, paid for goods and no contact since. Do not use this company.

Ordered A/C unit got comfirmation email and that is all.Tried email wouldn't send tried phoning them nothing just rang. This company is a SCAM. I played on card £130. Do not order from this company

Bought an AC unit yesterday for £130, they dont even exist on Shopify today! Why do people do this to other people! Scum of the earth....... Now have to wait 15 days to see if the bank can retrieve my money! Awful experience 😢

Everybody wrote their reviews but not one cared to report it to the National Cyber Security Centre. many more could have lost their hard earned money because of people are selfish. This site has been taken down and the perpetrators are noted by NCS. Thanks to NCSC for their quick response, Cheers!

Scam company can’t cancel my order and someone French has the took money out of my account and when you put the location in it’s somebody’s house

Scam company as other reviews say, phone doesn't connect, address is a random house. Took £150 extra than should have which was the first sign.

Scam, paid for AC, phone number invalid, no responses to emails, no shipping on time. Looks like the products don't exist. Shopify suck. Credt card charge back logged.

Wouldn’t even give it one stars I got scammed out of a lot of money from this ‘company’ I have filed a police report and I have tried contacting my bank. I will more than likely not get my money back this is a concern because I have a young child at home that I could have used that money for

This is a fake company. Fake phone number , fake address and fake email address. I paid £120 in return for nothing. Impossible to get hold of them, only option is to get money back from the bank. Shopify let This sort of thing go on. I paid through 'one pay' a payment protection company and they ignored me.
Stay away from these people, ive had to contact police. They have 2 websites the same and sell nothing, just take people's hard earned money. It's a French name that takes the payment from your bank????. Stay away!!!!!

Scam website

Placed order 14th June 2026. Received only 1 email confirming order but never received the goods. Phone number on the website does not exist +44 1179 611945. Emails sent via website and direct have never been answered. Payment account is DOMESTIC BORDEAUX METNET which is in France but office is in UK BS15 3JZ, which is a house. I believe that this company is false and a SCAM.

Scam company. Phone number is fake. No VAT number on their site and no properly registered domain name just a generic shopify store front. Their business address for all their huge amount of stock is a small house in Bristol. Not a properly registered UK company, doesn’t exist in companies house. No business incorporated at the business address they provide. Don’t give them a penny.
