We've used Tee Tree for a number of years for our small orders of staff t-shirts and the odd other piece of branding.
Sally always responds quickly to emails and is really helpful in selecting the right thing. She and her colleagues made the initial process of choosing the correct coloured threads painless.
Always flexible, I'm within walking distance and they are more than happy for me to pick up goods instead of having them delivered.

Great communication

Recently I got in touch with Hilary who works for Tee Tree team and requested to have a name and number to be printed on the back of my last season (2024-2025) Liverpool FC shirt. You may remember a player who used to play for Liverpool FC sadly passed away in a tragic accident. The person was Diogo Jota. I decided to have his name as my mark of respect and memory and have his number 20 on the back, just underneath the name. The shirt, once just a piece of memorabilia from a favourite season, has now become a deeply personal tribute. Every time I see the number 20 beneath Jota’s name, it serves as a gentle reminder of his passion and the joy he brought to the pitch. For me, wearing it isn’t just about supporting the club, but about honouring the memory of a player whose legacy will always be cherished by Liverpool fans everywhere. This was the first time I have used Tee Tree, and their customer service were top class, and their printing and production team did a fantastic job designing on the back of the shirt. I would recommend Tee Tree to anyone who wishes to use them.

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour and contacted them the very next day to see if I could amend my order. The customer service replied back promptly and was happy to help. Extremely good service as I thought I would had to reorder another one

My health & wellbeing choir "Sing Your Pain Away" ordered t-shirts for a special event through Sally at Tee-Tree. Tee-Tree came up with a fabulous design that looked great and a choice of 2 base t-shirts to print it on. The turnaround time was very quick and the t-shirts looked fabulous! Sally was also super-patient with our members, some of whom suffer with anxiety and needed an extra helping hand. She also really went the extra mile when the day before our concert one member realised she had ordered the wrong size - not only did Sally call us back at 10pm that night, but she also arranged to print a replacement t-shirt the next day! Rare to find such excellent customer service these days.I shall certainly be using Tee-Tree for all my branded clothing needs in the future.

Slight hiccup with the email telling me my order had already been collected, but that aside, quality good, so very pleased.
