I ordered two blankets. They were quickly processed and shipped out right away. They are of a good quality and workmanship. One of blankets was a custom mr and mrs. wasn’t able to put year and name because there was no where on order form to put it. One of a kind throw for grandson
Very pleased with my experience. The item came in a timely manner and you kept me informed along the way. It really is a piece of art and I think it will be well received by my grandson. I would have given it a 5 star rating had it been a little more plush. For that reason, I think it was a bit overpriced. He will still like it and that’s all that matters but I don’t see it tolerating too many washes due to the fact that’s it’s very thin and the edges were not turned and sewn down.

I am in the middle of ordering my third order of blankets. The first 5 I received came out awesome and I love the Sherpa blankets so I put in another of 3 blankets and my third order of three more. I screwed up and mistakenly ordered a blanket twice and they caught my mistake and emailed me just to verify if it was in fact a error. These people have been super easy to work with and very helpful switching sizing that was not offered on the website. I am super happy with my experience and end results of my blankets so far!!!!

I ordered a blanket for a Christmas gift and when it arrived it was of very POOR quality and not what I would have expected for the price. I would have been embarrassed to give the blanket as a gift. It had not been personalized in any way and was just a stock print. It arrived "bare" in a plastic shipping envelope and no other "hygienic" packaging. They refused to allow me to return the blanket per their return policy since these are "hygienic" items but the items are not delivered in any sort of hygienic packaging. Buyers beware!!!!!

i ordered a blanket for my only daughter. There were several different worded ones. I picked the only one that fit us. I didn't understand how to personalize it and tried to cancel it. But they sent it anyway, it was not the one with the right saying on it and was not personalized at all
I have been back into this sit several times and there is no phone # at all. And now I am stuck with a blanket I cant use. To me this company doesn't care about their customers and just want to sell anything they can. No customer service at all. So watch what you order from them.
