Love the product but customer service is terrible
I've drank coffee most of my life. I've tried to quit several times but could never find an acceptable replacement until I found Teeccino. I've never bothered buying flavored coffees because I never thought they had much actual flavor to them. Teeccino is different - you really taste the flavors in their blends! I recently ordered several trial sizes to compare which flavors I liked best. I set up 3 autoship orders from their website to save money. I do not like that they do not send a notice by email before they ship your autoship order so you can review it, switch it or skip it. On my last autoship order of English Toffee, I got the email saying the order had been placed and would ship soon. I immediately called their number, left a message with Melissa Gomez (the one who sent me the email when I first set up the autoship order), and asked if they could please switch out the English Toffee with the Almond Amaretto as I like that flavor much better. I left my phone number and asked if she could please get back to me. I never received any reply by phone or email. Two days later I got an email saying my English Toffee autoship order had shipped. I immediately went to their website and cancelled all 3 of my autoship orders. If I have to pay for a whole order of a product after asking for it to simply be switched out and not having any notification of when my order is going to ship so I can change it if I need to, then I'm just not going to order with autoship. I don't consider this good customer service at all. Yes, they got my money for the English Toffee order but they've lost future orders for sure. So, beware of their autoship orders, I definitely don't recommend them. Followup: I posted this exact same post on Facebook hoping to get their attention but I was blocked from posting anymore comments instead.
