I recently placed an order with Teechip because I saw an advertisement for a hat and a shirt. They were to be gifts for my husband for Christmas. I got the Tshirt after waiting and waiting for it. I did not receive the hat. I contacted Teechip and so far they have refused to make good on their advertised products and it has been weeks since I placed the order. I have repeatedly contacted them and they have been an absolute let down. I saw the horrible reviews that were posted about them and should have passed on ordering from them. Had I known that they take your money and you NEVER GET THE PRODUCT, I would have skipped past it. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE COMPANY TO ORDER FROM UNLESS YOU WANT TO JUST GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY.

What made my experience great is that the poster I ordered arrived damaged (despite being in a tube designed to prevent damage) and TeeChip sent me a replacement for it right away, with no questions asked. THAT is what I call customer service with integrity and that shoud always get a good review.

I received my hoodie in about a week, approximately 5 business days. My t-shirt approximately another week, 5 business days again, later. The prints on both are high quality and look even better in person! The clothing material and stitching for both are solid as well!! Both fit true to size for me and I will definitely be ordering from here in the near future. Shop with confidence, as I highly recommend them!!!
