Excellent all around

Awesome experience. My husband lost a club on the golf course and I ordered a replacement from The Golf Club. Great price. Great service. And the club is exactly what he needed.

I have not received my golf clubs

I have not received my golf clubs. They my have been sent "signature required" where I can not be home during work hour to sign for a delivery. It's actually upsetting to see a note on my door when I get home stating FedEx could not delivery.

We attempted to contact you regarding your shipment. We are trying to ensure that your receive your merchandise. Please give us a call so we can have your package rerouted to a more appropriate address.

It is our policy to ship all products with signature required to protect out customers and their merchandise. Many of our shipment have a retail value of hundreds or even thousands of dollars. To avoid an shipments being stolen or not delivered properly, we ship all package with signature required. This is solely for your protection.

Normally if a customer has a special request such as "no signature required", that customer will add that request to the notes when the order is placed. There is no way for us to know to ship an item "no signature required" unless we have direct instructions from the customer.

WOW where do I begin

WOW where do I begin, I ordered an One Length Cobra SW on March 28th 2017 with the an est. del. by April 1. On March 31 noticed my club had not shipped shipped??? I called and I was told they were out of stock and they would be in on April 5. I was from out of town and I need the club by Sunday I was then told they would cancel my order ann refund my monies!!! hahaha. What a joke never cancelled my order or refunded my monies. Now fast forward to April 11 10 days after i was to receive my club my order status was been moved to shipped a couple of days ago, I still do not have the club but they sent me this survey. WARNING WARNING these guys are incompetent stay away!!! I do not have my money and no club but they haven given me plenty of lies for my troubles.

Poor service

I ordered a club. They said the Taylormade club would have to be back ordered. I asked how long it would take. They said 3 months. I could walk into any golf store and purchase the wedge. Not worth saving the cost of tax.
After my post the company called and offered to take a wedge out of a full set an send it to me. I had already purchased the wedge at another store. I thanked them for trying to meet my needs.

IF YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE YOU ARE AN IDIOT... THEY ARE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BIGGEST JOKE IN THE WORLD.. I TRIED TO RETURN A GOLF BAG AND THEY WANT $80 TO SHIP IT BACK AND THE COMPANY DOESN'T GIVE U A RETURN LABEL.. GOD DAMN JOKE. NEVER AGAIN. AND THEY NEVER RESPOND TO EMAILS... I CALLED AND TALKED TO A GUY AND EXPLAINED TO HIM I WANTED TO RETURN AN ITEM, HIS RESPONSE WAS "TRY TO RESELL IT" WHAT AN IDIOT AND WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY
