This company is a scam!! It told me my order was not processed when buying a shirt so I tried again and same thing occurred. I checked my bank account and they charged me twice. When I tried emailing and calling the contact info on their website both came back as invalid number and email address.

Wrong item. sent random dog shirt instead of pickle rick shirt

My order is still processing even though the payment has been taken. It's a digital download so not sure why it should take 5 days to be able to access the file. Definitely NOT IMPRESSED!! If I could give it a zero star I would because I wanted to get started on some shirts but I can't!!

I ordered a SVG File and still have not received. I also have emailed support and have not heard back at all. An SVG file should have been instantly sent and it’s been a week and nothing. I either want my money back, or a file sent to me please

The website sucks - I tried multiple times to purchase a digital file but the screen would never go to 'completed order' stage. Even after checking my account to see if they did go through, nothing was there....until 10 mins late, when I saw I had 8 of the same orders! I was able to cancel 2 of them but the rest have been sitting in 'processing' status for an entire 24 hours! I emailed customer service, who said they'd refund all the extras, but NO apologies, NO explanation, and STILL NO DOWNLOADED FILES IN MY ACCOUNT! I lost a sale because I didn't have access to a DIGITAL FILE immediately or even a day later. Idk if they are a scam or not but they definitely suck

The shirt fits well, but the print is not as sharp as I hoped. Still, it's comfortable.

Easy ordering. Unique images. Needed something unique and able to send a message that the Raiders are coming back now and this company had it. As soon as I received my hoodie I liked it so much I ordered another one the next day for a friend for Xmas. Thank you guys. Wish you much success.

Paid for a tshirt I ordered but the shirt never came. Don’t know how to get refund or if you even can

They are the best!!! I lost my t-shirt because the GLS did not find they lost it or don’t know what happened! We discussed this by emails and they sent me another one express!! They were so helpful and very kind!!!

I placed an order HERIVAR9429078 on August 19th and immediately canceled it as I found the delivery time was too long for me. They accepted the refund and promised to return the money within "a few days". Today is October 30th and the money has still not been refunded. Support always tells to wait a little longer, but this is enough to flag it as a scam.

Ordered a shirt in December 2022 and never received it, wanted a refund in May 2023 and never received it. Now October 2023 and still no money.

This website is completely and utterly fraudulent. I ordered this t-shirt from there around 2 weeks back, and my order still says "processing" on their website. They lie about where they're based as they responded to my email at 3:10 AM. Furthermore, their response contained a tracking email from a website called track17. This site, while in my opinion not in the wrong in it of itself, enables these fraudulent companies to trick the customer into believing that their package is really on the way. Don't buy from this site--it's truly not worth the headache and waste of $. I presume the positive reviews in this thread have been incentivized by the company. Otherwise, I'm sure their raiting overall would be at a flat 1 star.

I ordered a T-Shirt because i saw someone else with it. It came with the image printed on the back! 🤨

I can say, that never in my life have i owned a t-shirt which has the main image on the back.

I was told via support "the product you ordered is printed on the back, you also did not have a note asking to print the front in the order, so unfortunately in this case we cannot support the replacement for you."

There is NOWHERE on the product page that this states the image is on the back and the product image shows the picture on the front, you can see the collar.

If I could give a Zero star I would.
First my order was lost in the mail but that got sorted. After receiving the shirt and washing it before use, it seems to have shrunk. I raised this and was accused for “ordering the wrong size” therefore no replacement will be given. I then compared my measurements with what’s advertised and they are completely different. States could be 1-3cm out, in some places shirt is 5-6 cm out. Should have checked my measurements before washing as it was probably already wrong to the advertisement. They are Refusing to be helpful our replace/refund my item.
Very poor service

I ordered 3 items in the middle of August and have still not received them in the middle of September. I emailed the support line. They sent me a tracking number but when I tried to look this up I got a message to say the number doesn't exist. I don't believe this company to be real or if they are, I don't think they fulfil all their orders. STAY AWAY.

BEWARE these people are ripoff artists! They rip off work that is not theirs, do not comply with DCMA requests to remove artwork that does not belong to them after multiple requests. Sounds like they rip off their customers too! STAY AWAY!
