I just received my package. The danish parcel system made a mistake in contacting me. Despite me not knowing what was happening, Rapanui costumer service were quick to respond and help, even though the mistake was not on their part. I ended getting my package with the help from their customer service which was awesome. Oooh and I forgot! The clothing is awesome too ❤️

I spoke with Cristie, a teemil customer service advisor this morning regarding an issue I had, and felt compelled to leave a review. Great customer service!

Really happy with the quality of the print, and the t shirt.
And from ordering to receiving, it was a quick turnaround.

I had something wrong with my order (got sent the wrong sizes) and the customer support quickly apologised and issued a replacement! Super thankful!

The circular and environmental ethos of this company is outstanding. Also as a t-shirt seller, they're offering a great platform with images, ideas and designs if you don't create your own. Customer services is very friendly and answers every issue I had so far e.g. when there is some technical issue involved. I'm standing behind what I sell and so I'm regularly ordering samples, the t-shirts are of great quality, size wise if you want it a bit shorter the women's lengths are the ones, otherwise with unisex size you can tuck it into jeans or skirts etc. The print quality is great and really shiny on the mugs as well.

The tracking numbers supposedly in the email are order numbers and aren’t of any use to track Royal Mail delivery.

The website is also flat and lifeless if you try and actually contact someone to ask for help with this. It just cycles you back to the same ineffective tracking link

Could not rate Teemill highly enough. Easy to build your store, wide range of QUALITY products (I’ve had the samples myself and love wearing the T-shirts and Hoodies!), excellent range of useful plugins for Instagram integration etc and a first class level of support. I’ve only been setup for one month but I’m loving being a brand owner and a lot of that is down to Teemill and their staff. Look no further if you’re considering your own print on demand store. There was an issue with my item not being delivered successfully by Royal Mail. Hayley dealt with the issue quickly and arranged for a replacement item to be sent - excellent customer service!

I had a very quick response to my query from Katie. Her reply was very friendly and helpful.

Generally this company is amazing but their customer/business support is lacking. You cant speak to anyone on the phone, can only send in an email which takes several days at best to get a reply. This is does not help when trying to solve an issue with a customer

Great customer service, very professional and helpful. I received a jumper with a mark on it but they replaced it straight away and I didn't have to go through the hassle of sending the faulty one back to them. Recommend!

I bought 3 Hoodies. My grandson was thrilled with his ‘British Bats’ one. I am very pleased with my one which has a ‘Starling Murmuration’ on it. One of the three had to be returned because it was too short in the body for the recipient. I followed the sizing advice and had no problems. When I came to return the unwanted one I was unable to find a means so after a long while searching, I phoned the RSPB. The assistant explained that it is a separate company but very helpfully offered to forward my details. Sam, the assistant at TEEMILL contacted me very quickly and continued to do so until my difficulty was completely resolved. I have given 5* for the actual hoodies and 5* for Sam’s excellent after sales service but I would only give 3* for ease of returns. I acknowledge that I am not particularly tech savvy but nor are many older ones.

There was an error with our order address but Hayley was very responsive and helpful when I contacted the team for support. Excellent customer service. Looking forward to receiving our package soon.

Fantastic Print on demand platform with a hugh variety of beautiful, eco sustainable products and high print quality. And their customersurvice is top notch. Issues are always listened to, evaluated and solved, which improves the platform and enhances the usability. Very highly recommended!

We have been using Teemill from a set up since 2022. Great prints and support. Love the cotton long sleeve and organic cotton.

I loved the idea of having a t-shirt made from my daughters drawing she did at the TATE.

The ordering process seemed simple and there was a large choice of products.

However, the parcel went missing in the post and was never found. There was also a problem with the tracking number from Royal Mail, as well as on the Teemill website. It took me over a week to succeed in sending a message to Teemill because the ´contact us’ link was not working.

When I finally got through they very promptly offered me a refund, and were apologetic and kind about it. But over all I’ve spent a lot of time on not getting a t-shirt !

I love Rapanui's clothes, which are great quality and pleasant colours. They are good value too, especially if bought in multiples. I would like better access to my account, but I have found customer services responsive to my queries.
