I placed my order on the 26th February and as I write this review (23rd April) I have had no response to any of my emails asking for an order update, they simply ignore you. The website now seems to indicate that the company has either folded or is in some sort of transition, neither help me when I'm £71.00 down with nothing to show for it and no way of contacting anybody to complain to. Look elsewhere unless one of you hobbies is losing money, in which case....these guys are the place to order from!!

Ordered over a month ago and still not received my item. I’ve emailed a few times but had no response. Do not waste your money!

What a terrible and disgusting company, I ordered some helmets and a spin stand after 2 weeks no shipping or reply, iv email called and DMed them and they are not responding, I will be taking them to the small claims court to get my money back, do not use them they are a scam

Placed an order for a helmet they had advertised. 2 weeks and no items have been shipped or received. I asked for a refund if they are not going to send my item and they stopped responding. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Item sent in grey plastic sleeve only no protective packaging at all arrived battered and split box, no care taken at all to ensure safe delivery.
Informed customer service poor response only interested if parts damaged.

Brought a bike set MT-10 for £69.99. I would avoid at all costs, it was purchased as a Christmas gift. Delivery was late and only received today and upon opening the damaged packaging, the box has been opened and parts ripped and taped back up. The bags containing the parts are ripped and taped, the instructions are all ripped. The instructions have numbered bags and only received bags 1, 3 and 4. This is appalling for a Christmas gift and I would not recommend at all and very unsatisfied with my purchase.

The company haven't contacted me regarding the delivery and I still haven't received it. Very disappointed

It took 10 days to arrive to UK which is much better than I thought so all good here. The mini helmet itself is absolutely brilliant. The detail on this is amazing!!! Really happy with my purchase. Tracking was provided so I could check the journey each day. No issues at all. I would recommend. I was a bit sceptical before ordering as I have seen few negative reviews however my experience was great from start to finish. It’s looks just as good as on the advert videos!

I bought the H2R with lights/smoke, while it was well packaged when I opened it mine had a fault, after I contacted Teeny helmets they said they would replace it, but after a week nothing happened and now they just ignore emails
I would not recommend to buy from them.
