Ordered a ring and earrings set for my girlfriend for valentine’s day. I ordered it january 15th, it said it would only take a week and i even paid express shipping. I didn’t get the ring until mid march. Then when we got the ring, it was way too big so i got it sized, they sent us a size 8 when i ordered a size 6 and then to top it off, one of the earrings backs was too small for the earring to go into. Now im trying to get a refund and qt first they told me i have to pay for shipping and everything if i want a refund because they couldn’t see the mistake in the pictures i submitted. That was almost 2 weeks ago, they haven’t replied since. So now i’m out some money and i’ll never purchase from this trash company again.

well, if i have an option i'll put no star review, NIL stars... what an experience i had with this muppet, just OMG. I bought 2 rings online stated as genuine 925 silver. Both rings are just made of shiny metals, it is not silver. Cost me about $86 in AUD. As i was not satisficed with the quality - i asked for a refund. They advised i need to send the item back. And I did. Cost me extra $20. I have not heard from them for about 3 months until I started investigating with AU Post - they advised the item is waiting on customs to be picked up by the seller. Well, guess what? They simply refused to pick up the return and played "dead" saying they have not been notified at all, when it is clearly stated - waiting to be collected. On my numerous queries kept saying know nothing, no idea, etc etc - don't understand why the item has not been delivered as they process refunds on daily basis. Absolute lie. The reason they simply did not want to collect - it cost them peanuts as those rings are made in China, not US as stated on their site, from cheap materials and they got huge margin on top. Well, those rings have returned back to me after 7 months - what a waste of money and my time dealing with them. Both rings changed in colour due to be in whatever god knows conditions. Once again - IT IS NOT SILVER. Never ever again.

I received my items and they looked great! Ordered this for my significant other and I’m sure they’ll love it.

Only reason why this is a 4 star is because of unexpectedly long delivery date and the lack of communication. It took 21 days from ordering to receiving the item which is a huge contrast to what the website says (24-48 hours to ship). Due to this, the lack of communication from the company did not help during this time period.

All in all, this is a great product but I would suggest the company to put on the website more than a 48 hour wait time, or be more receptive to the emails.

As someone who doesn't order online often, I found that Tennytrove was supportive, as they sent me to an app that helps track your parcel, which constantly sent me emails with updates of my parcel. I also think the product I got is great, and I love all the details! Looks a lot like the photo, and I am very happy!!

I ordered this spinning diamond ring for my adult daughter. I was just a token of my love and admiration for her. To my amazement I arrived before the new year and was everything it was advertised to be on line.

I was pleasantly surprised at how tiny the product was, with that being said, the craftsmanship was top notch! Beautifully crafted for as small as it is, but I like how tiny it is, made more special then I had antisapated. Thank you and I will be buying more in the future.

Unfortunately I cannot comment on the item yet because it has not arrived as you have informed me that you have received a lot more orders than expected so it’s taking a little longer than usual but I have been informed that it is finally it’s been shipped and I am looking forward to seeing it if you would like me to review it later I would be happy to as you have kept me informed and answered my question

The rings arrived in the wrong sizes and colors! The stones looks plastic and cheap. The bands are too thin and bent!! I tried to contact them through the emails and has been ignored. I just wanted a refund but they will not email me back after MAY ATTEMPTS! This website/business is a scam!

I order a Christmas gift for a friend and still hasn't turned up. party is tomorrow and I don't have a gift. Email them heaps of time no answer. No upto dates nothing won't buy off these again

My order arrived damaged and all attempts to contact have been ignored and the product was not as described or seen on site

I purchased a beautiful ring, sadly I ordered the wrong size so my friend bought it & I got a bigger one! I’ve had so many compliments on it & it’s stunning x
