I bought a pair of ECCO shoes at an outstanding price they arrived quickly as described. Shortly after they started to develop a fault I got in touch with Teepeg and they put a note on my account.

Later that fault developed further and they replaced my shoes for another pair.

Dina was outstandingly helpful and I would buy from them again with confidence.

Ordered Galvin Green Larry top. Described as suitable for golf use. No warnings on website that it shouldn’t be worn while carrying golf bag. Top damaged under wear from bag strap after 9 holes of golf. Bag strap was undamaged and contained no sharp edges. Clearly top not fit for purpose or of merchantable quality. Martin in customer services not interested despite showing evidence of damage and smooth bag straps. Similar poor experience to other 1* reviews below. DO NOT USE and do not buy Galvin Green Larry top if you intend to play golf while carrying a bag!

Very friendly, listened to my opinion and gave me a great fair deal. The item I ordered came on time and was as described. I think that I have found an online golf supplier who has a great product base and who also has my interests at the heart of their business.

I placed an order on 12/9/23 for four items totaling $196.96. They had the Black Friday sale ongoing so I received a $49.29 discount. The order totaled with shipping $158.68 was sent. I received an email stating that they can’t honor the advertised sale stating the sale was over. I did my best to refute their claim but only ended up with a 15% discount, which I still never received as of 1/3/24. When I received my order one item was wrong. I ordered a full zip hoodie they sent a regular hoodie. I notified them of the error on their part but instead of resolving the problem and send the correct full zip hoodie, they claimed that’s what I ordered so the full zip hoodie cannot be sent! But I had screen shots of my order and their website. I presented them with screen shots of my order showing the full zip hoodie. I have not heard back. My next step is to contact my credit card company. Do not purchase from this website!!!! They are not honorable and twice did not do the right thing to resolve issues. It was take it or leave it!
Not a good way to run an honest business!

Was helped by Martin in customer services. Went over and above to help me out when I had an issue with sizing. Then when I returned an item my refund was issued and back in my account within a day. Not seen Galvin Green waterproofs cheaper anywhere else. Thank you and I look forward to shopping with you in the future.

The size conversion scheme does not match the original from the brands - they make their own which does not fit with the original brands own conversion (Gfore)

OMG please stay away

Ordered 2 items Friday, was kept up to date with when they would be delivered. Arrived Monday in the time slot advised.
Items perfect and as described.

I purchased a pair of £175 golf shoes from teepeg.com in Dec 21. I have worn these for 2 winter seasons, so about 6 months. The shoes have failed on the stitching after this very short period of time. Teepeg totally uninterested, say it's wear and tear. Waterproof shoes should not fail after 6 months. My pro said they would have been replaced no argument, ECCO say via their site, would have replaced, no problem. As I bought through teepeg I have to through them. No interest whatsoever. Very poor customer service, very poor product. Basically I've been sold a faulty pair of shoes for top money. Won't be using them again. Beware, buy face to face, any comebacks will be dealt with properly.
