I’m not happy with my purchase

I’m not happy with my purchase. The tshirts are not soft but rather itchy. I washed them thinking they would be softer. So I can’t return them. They will go in my next donation box. Money totally wasted.
Maybe the company can advertise more on the “feel" of their tshirts,( vintage soft or thick and not brushed at all)
I don’t recommend spending this amount of money without better description s. They also run small.

Hi Deborah. We are so sorry to hear that these did not meet your expectations. A refund has been initiated. Thank-you for the feedback. It does seem that the 'Hello' soft-style are running a little smaller than our targets. We will be updating the description to reflect this. As for the 'feel' we fear it may have been a poor sample. I have personally worn/handled both of these style and never had an issue; before or after washing. But that is not your issue or your experience. Again; thank-you for the feedback and we do take it to heart.
