Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Ordered through facebook and the printing delivered was incorrect. Was told that is what I ordered so there was nothing they could do. I know and anyone with math skills would know that born in 1957 would be 60 years not 61. The email complaint took 2 days to resolve and spent 3 hours on chat with one response I missed (stepped away after 36 minutes) and then another 5 hours with no response. The quality of the shirt was good if the writing was correct or I could get service. No phone number anywhere which is not a good sign - will never user again.

I ordered a shirt for my daughter's …

I ordered a shirt for my daughter's birthday....when I received it there were ink splatters on the shirt that shouldn't have been there. I contacted Customer Service through an email and uploaded a picture of the shirt's damage. They immediately sent me another shirt and it is perfect!
Thank you for taking good care of your customers...continue this kind of service and you will go far!!
I would definitely order from Teesgod again and highly recommend this company!!

Great all round service.

My original order did not arrive but Teesgod replaced it straight away with no drama. Their customer service was awesome & their product top quality. I would highly recommend this company & would happily purchase from them in the future..

Great shirt

Great shirt. The quality, print and detail were great too. I have purchased from tee shirt before and as long as they keep putting out quality teeshirts and attention to detail in their prints, I will continue to buy.

Legitimate & unique

Legitimate t-shirt vendor with some very unique designs. Order processing was quick, and time until receiving order was quite acceptable (not super quick, and not so long that I started to worry)
