Product is very good
Product is very good. Eliminates hallux rigidus/limitus. It ended up putting too much strain on my fascia so I had to return, but the product itself is sturdy and well built.
Thank you for the speedy return
Thank you for the speedy return.
I'm not completely satisfied with the Morton's Extension insole. Even though it is the correct item I ordered, upon wearing it, I find it too rigid. I received an orthotic from my orthopedic doctor and it is the same style but has a slight rise in the arch to fit the foot more orthopedically. To be able to wear this one, I had to cut up an insole from another shoe to match the shape of the Morton's. Without the insole to cover and pad it, it would be too painful to wear.
The prescribed orthotic is more comfortable but cost me $160.00 because insurance would not cover it.
I'm going to wear the Morton insole for several hours and see if it provides relief from my pain. If it does not function properly, I will return it. Thank you for the return postage label you sent with this order.

Exceptional customer service
I ordered the incorrect size and got first class treatment from customer service. I paid for premium fast shipment with my original order and that return was sent the same way. The online process is very efficient.
Plus the product is as described and the price is very reasonable. I have Arthritic big toe and getting fusion in a couple of months. I have several nice shoes and want to continue to use them. The carbon insole fits under the already decent insoles in all of my shoes. Also, the choice of 3 carbon thickness levels gives you options. Very pleased.
extra rigid inserts = no pain
I bought the extra rigid inserts as I have arthritis in my big toes. I've been to multiple foot doctors with very little success. I was amazed the first time I used these. I had no pain in my toes. It's hard to believe that after suffering for so many years that the fix was this easy. Highly recommend!

I am a pediatric physical therapist and working with special education preschool. I love the carbon fiber insole for our little toe walkers. Our parents can see the difference in them and are happy to buy for their kids when these kids graduate to kindergarten.
Not only product but I would also like to give 5 stars to the amazing company and their customer care. Their delivery system is very efficient and always on time.
Highly recommended from all the PT staff from our preschool.
