Put my order on March 17, the expense was on my Visa card on March 18. I had to send an e-mail on March 26 to have any news about the shipment. They ship on March 26. To much time between
my order and shipment...
As the tracking on Canada post web site don't move since March 26.
I call them (April 2) and they said I had to contact you (April 3), so you can ask for an investigation by Canada post. April 10, no news yet!!!!

Bought an RZ Mask online with an in store pickup. The staff at the store encouraged me toi try it on and the it fit prior to leaving. I was glad I did, because I had chosen the wrong size and style for me. They were super helpful and patient. The prices were competitive. Would recommend to anyone, both online and in store sales reps were great to deal with
