Very poor service – would not recommend
I ordered a power steering pump from TeileZentrale and paid via PayPal. After placing the order, I only received an order confirmation. After that, there was complete silence.
I contacted their chat support and was told that the payment had been refunded to PayPal. This was not true, as PayPal confirmed that no refund had been issued.
I then tried for several weeks to get a response via chat and email, without any success. There was no meaningful follow‑up, no explanation, and no refund.
In the end, I had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back, which I eventually did.
This was a very frustrating experience with extremely poor communication and customer service. I will absolutely not recommend this company to others.

I have spoken to the seller on several occasions, the last one yesterday, January 8, 2025, and he tells me that the refund will be made in a few days

I will update my opinion as soon as I receive my refund

I received the refund today January 10, 2025, everything is fine

The process took a while but everything is fine, reliable seller

Bought goods, never arrived, put in a message to check were things were, no reply. Then checked paypal and money had been returned with no communications - I bought it as it was a good price, maybe they could no longer deliver for that price. I dont now. My issue here is the lack of communications as the client is waiting on the part.

I needed a new gearbox for my vintage Fiat 500 so I contacted this company. Price was agreed and gearbox ordered. When it arrived I was surprised that it looked like a brand new one. Very pleased to find it smooth working in the car as well 🤗
Return of the old box and of the deposit also went without any problems 👍
All in all a great experience
